The location was convenient and easy to access. The triple room was spacious and the breakfast spread was tasty. The servers were friendly and helpful, and the views from the room and rooftop were amazing.

This hotel is conveniently located near mahaveli river, with panoramic views of the river and botanical gardens. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing enhanced comfort. The hotel offers a wide range of services, including car hire, room service, and laundry. The staff is friendly and supportive, always ready to assist with any request.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is well-located in close proximity to a busy market street. the spa is a great feature with clean rooms and a professional staff, offering an excellent view of the river. the rooms are spacious, albeit lacking many necessary amenities.

The hotel staff is unprofessional with poor training, the food offered is below average, and the beds are uncomfortable.

The hotel's stunning views of the nearby river were breathtaking, and we enjoyed waking up to such beautiful scenery every day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Plus, the food was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel's maintenance was lacking. Some of the tiles on the floor of our room were broken, and we had to request for them to be repaired.

Spent Xmas holidays here and I must say, the decorations were stunning! the buffet dinner was mouth-watering, the staff were friendly,and the rooms were clean with comfy beds. the hotel's location was also ideal, allowing us to easily access different areas. We also enjoyed the live band that played during the night.

The only downside we experienced was the long wait for room service. On several occasions, we had to wait for over an hour for our meals to be delivered.
